About RedSoxSouth

I was born & raised in NYC. I am Dominican from parents, so baseball is in my blood. Believe it or not I was around 5 years old when I started getting interested in Baseball thanks to my grandfather, he is am major baseball fan. There was just something about hitting a small ball with a bat that caught my attention at that young age and the passion my grandfather would show every time he would watch a baseball game. Living in NYC, my granpa was a Mets fan, so in 1986 World Series Mets vs. Red Sox was the day my life changed. I was 10 years old when the Sox lost that year, I saw every sox fan iso sad and mad. I asked my grandfather why so much sadness, he then started to tell me the story and the history of the Sox, I kind of like felt bad and I then started watching them year after year, just wanting to see if they would win, I wanted them to win so bad, and then this 10 year old girl who grew up just watching the Mets became a MAJOR, MAJOR Red Sox fan. Yes I am a very proud New Yorker but a very proud Red Sox fan. It was hard living in the danger zone being a sox fan in NYC, but I made it. Boston is a very beautiful place, I have been there and love it. And this is my story, to some New Yorkers I am a trader but I go with what I feel in my heart and the Sox is what's in my heart. Now thanks to the Red Sox Nation I am living a dream, I am now the Red Sox Nation Governor of the State of Florida, proud to represent the Sunshine state and will make this state very proud. I now live in Tampa, FL, and is amazing how many sox fan live down south. My goal is to get every one together as a Nation to enjoy this amazing love of the game.
